Can I modify or cancel my order?

Can I return a product?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, only if the product is defective . For hygiene and safety reasons, an opened product cannot be returned.

Are your products 100% natural?

Our formulas are composed of natural and organic ingredients , selected for their purity and effectiveness. Some gentle, scientifically derived active ingredients are sometimes used to enhance the performance and stability of the products.

Do your products contain perfume?

The majority of our products are fragrance-free . Only the Balm and Blush contain a very light (less than 1%), natural, and delicate fragrance for a subtle sensory experience. No harsh synthetic fragrances are used.
