1. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GCS”) define the rights and obligations between the company IZLI , distributor of cosmetics, and any natural or legal person (hereinafter “the Customer”) making a purchase on the site izlicosmetics.com .

These T&Cs comply with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act , the Civil Code of Quebec and Canadian laws applicable to electronic commerce and the sale of cosmetics.

2. Products

IZLI markets cosmetic products that comply with Health Canada's Cosmetic Regulations .

Each product is described as precisely as possible (composition, method of use, precautions). The ingredients are indicated according to the INCI nomenclature (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients) .

The photographs are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual document.

3. Price

The prices displayed on the izlicosmetics.com website are expressed in Canadian dollars (CAD) , all applicable taxes included (GST and QST), excluding delivery charges.

IZLI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the rate applied will be the one in effect at the time the order is validated by the Customer.

4. Orders

Placing an order on izlicosmetics.com implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.

IZLI reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of non-compliance with the T&Cs, ongoing dispute or suspicion of fraud.

An order confirmation email is automatically sent to the Customer.

5. Payment

Payments are made online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal or any other secure method indicated on the site.

IZLI uses secure payment systems that comply with PCI DSS standards. No banking data is stored on our servers.

The order is considered final after payment validation.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made in Canada and internationally via partner carriers.

Delivery times indicated on the site are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

IZLI cannot be held responsible for delays related to the carrier, customs or cases of force majeure.

Delivery costs are indicated before validation of the order.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act , the Customer has 14 working days after receipt of their order to withdraw.

For hygiene and safety reasons, only unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the event of an error attributable to IZLI (defective or non-compliant product).

Refunds will be made within 14 working days after receipt and verification of the returned products.

8. Warranty and liability

IZLI guarantees that its products comply with current Canadian regulations.

IZLI cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products, an undeclared allergy or failure to comply with the indicated precautions for use.

The Customer is invited to carry out a preliminary skin test before any first use of a cosmetic product.

9. Personal data and confidentiality

IZLI collects and processes the Client's personal data in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Quebec) and the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) .

The data collected is used exclusively for processing orders, managing customer relations and sending marketing information if the Customer has consented to it.

The Client has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the izlicosmetics.com website (texts, logos, visuals, photographs, design, etc.) is protected by copyright and intellectual property.

Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from IZLI.

11. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These T&Cs are governed by the laws in force in Canada and Quebec.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
